Sage

Rat

Sage Rat is a small winery based in the Yakima Valley: the heart of grape growing for Washington State. Sage Rat started in the early days of 2020 with a goal to make young, refreshing, unique wines with limited intervention in the winemaking process. We work with grape growers in and around the Yakima Valley who have a focus on sustainability in their practices.

We believe the Yakima Valley has endless potential and we are proud to bring our flavor of irreverence and experimentation to this wine community.
